Rainforce is a solo practice led by me, Jay Patel. I specialize in turning imperfect real-world data into permit-ready reports. I built Rainforce around one idea: Water Modeling should be understandable to reviewers and useful to designers - not just a checkbox. If you need a model you can defend, I can help.
I bring 9 years of water modeling experience and proficiency in industry-standard software including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD, EPASWMM and EPANET. I am a licensed Civil Engineer in multiple states, including California, Nevada, Washington, Texas, Florida and North Carolina.
