GIS Mapping Support

Developments often begin at the feasibility stage, where it’s essential to identify and map key site constraints. I provide planning‑level GIS mapping support for entitlement and early‑stage decision making. Typical work includes digitizing site features from CAD plans or publicly available Open Data GIS portals, and compiling spatial datasets from USGS, FEMA, NOAA, and agency‑specific sites. 

I maintain my own ArcGIS Pro and AutoCAD Civil 3D licenses, which I use to perform these feasibility‑level checks and produce decision‑grade exhibits.
